Delete your account

You can delete your Radds account in the app or request help by email.

In the app

Open Settings, choose Delete Account and complete the confirmation. You may need to sign in again to verify that the account is yours.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email associated with your account. Include your @username and say you want to delete your Radds account. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership. Never send a password or sign-in code.

What deletion means

Your account, profile and associated ride/photo records are removed and your username is released. Messages in other people’s conversations may remain under a deleted-account identity. Limited moderation, security, legal and referral/reward integrity records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancel separately in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
