Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

Radds is operated by MotoRadds, LLC. By creating an account or using Radds ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 16 years old to use Radds.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for everything posted from your account. Keep your login details private. One person, one account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

Radds has NO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, share, or send content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal, or that promotes dangerous or reckless riding. You may not impersonate others, spam, or target other riders with unwanted contact.

Anyone who violates this policy will have the offending content removed and their account ejected from Radds. There are no warnings for serious violations.

4. Reporting and blocking

Every profile and every chat message from another rider can be reported by long-pressing it or opening the profile menu. You can block any rider at any time; blocked riders cannot see you, message you, or appear in your feeds.

We review all reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and, where warranted, removing the user who posted it. You can also reach us directly at [email protected].

5. Ride safely and legally

Radds helps you find and organize rides. It does not make you a safer rider. You are solely responsible for obeying traffic laws, riding within your limits, wearing appropriate gear, and for your own safety and the safety of others. Radds does not encourage speed and does not display speed-based rankings or statistics.

6. Meeting other riders

Group rides and meetups are organized by users, not by Radds. Use judgment when meeting people from the App. Radds is not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the App, or for anything that happens on a ride.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give Radds a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the App so the service can work. We may remove any content at our discretion.

8. Location data

The App uses your location to show nearby riders, rides, and area chat. You control location sharing in your device settings and in the App. See the Privacy Policy for details on how location data is handled.

9. Subscriptions

Radds Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. The plan, billing period and price are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through that store before renewal, according to its subscription terms. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Deleting your Radds account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by the store per its policies, subject to your applicable statutory rights.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, without notice, and without refund of any prepaid subscription period.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radds and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or from any ride or meetup arranged through it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. When we make material changes, you will be asked to accept the new terms before continuing to use the App.
