Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Radds mobile app and its referral and support services, operated by MotoRadds, LLC. Shopping on motoradds.com is covered by the online store’s separate privacy policy.

Effective September 24, 2026. Radds was previously named MotoRadds. We do not sell personal information or display third-party advertising in the app.

Information we collect

Account and profile. We collect your account identifier, email address and sign-in information, plus the name, username, profile photo, bio, vehicle details and photos you provide. Birth date is optional; when supplied, it is used to calculate age and apply age-related rules. Your date of birth is not displayed as a public profile field. Your age may be shown through the app’s age feature, subject to available privacy controls.

Location and rides. With permission, Radds uses location for nearby riders, local chats, finding events, ride recording and Fleet features. Ride records can include coordinates, route, distance, duration, lean measurements, times and place information. Nearby visibility and active Fleet sessions can share location with other users as indicated in the app. Background location supports an active ride recording or optional automatic ride detection, including while the screen is locked. You can stop recording, end sharing and disable permissions or automatic detection. Radds does not display top-speed or average-speed rankings.

Content and activity. We store messages, photos in supported chats, event flyers, clubs and memberships, polls and votes, photo-battle entries, reports, friend connections, ride reviews, RSVPs and event check-ins. We also process activity such as profile views, online status and ride milestones to operate the features you use. A verification selfie, if submitted, is used for account verification and is not published as your profile photo.

Purchases. Apple or Google processes payments. RevenueCat and our systems process account identifiers, subscription status, purchased products and transaction information to grant Pro access and support restoration. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Invitations and referrals. We process invite codes, referral links, QR scans, the optional “How did you hear about us?” answer, referring partner or member, campaign and event identifiers, signup time, and relevant participation milestones. Branch helps deliver a link’s destination and invite information after opening or installing the app. It can process IP address, device and app information, link interactions and installation/session information. On iOS, a referral flow may ask to paste link information copied by Safari; you can decline. You can also enter an invite code manually. Attribution is attached to the original signup source and cannot be reassigned to a paid partner after signup.

Diagnostics and device information. We process push tokens, app/device version, language, timezone and diagnostic information. Sentry helps investigate crashes and errors and may capture interaction replays with text, images and vector content masked. These tools are intended for reliability and support, not advertising.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to provide the app, connect riders and drivers, deliver messages and notifications, manage subscriptions, attribute referrals, verify program eligibility, prevent duplicate claims and abuse, moderate content and improve reliability.

Your profile and content are visible according to the feature, conversation audience and available privacy controls. Messages are delivered to conversation participants; reports may make reported content available to moderation staff. Authorized program administrators can access referral and event-participation records to operate referral programs. Where a partner program provides participant progress to your referring organizer or representative, it is used to support participation and evaluate milestones, not to give them your private messages or full ride routes. Sharing a card to another app is an action you initiate, and that service’s policies then apply.

Providers include Google Firebase for authentication, database, storage and server functions; Google Maps for maps, places and route services; Expo for updates and notifications; Apple and Google for sign-in and purchases; RevenueCat for subscriptions; Branch for referral links and attribution; Sentry for diagnostics; and our email provider for support and moderation notifications. These providers process information needed for their services. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Retention and account deletion

We retain information while needed to operate your account and the features you use. You can request account deletion from Settings in the app or through our account deletion page. Deletion removes your account, profile and associated ride/photo records and releases your username. Messages in other people’s conversations may remain attributed to a deleted account so conversations remain understandable.

Some records can remain for moderation, security, legal obligations and referral/reward integrity. These include reports, participation and reward records, original attribution records and hashed sign-in/email identifiers used to recognize a previously registered account. A hash is not treated as anonymous merely because it is hashed. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of retained information; we will assess applicable obligations and explain any retention required. Store transaction records are also governed by Apple’s, Google’s and the subscription provider’s retention requirements. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

Your choices and rights

You can edit profile information, use visibility controls, mute chats, report or block users, and revoke location, camera, photo or notification permissions. Features that depend on a permission may then be unavailable. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the store that billed you. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your information. Send requests to [email protected].

Age and safety

Radds is for people aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly allow accounts belonging to children under 16. Contact us if you believe an underage account exists. Separate rewards or partner programs can have additional age, location and eligibility requirements.

Security and changes

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the app changes and will provide notice of material changes as appropriate.
